A visit to Mike Palmer's Apiaries
In June 2024, Karl Colyer, Roger Patterson and Martina Hendry went over to Vermont, America to spend time with Mike Palmer and his bees for 12 days. This talk by Karl shows (mainly through photos and some videos) what was seen, experienced, learnt and enjoyed during the trip. Mike has over 1,000 colonies in 22 apiaries and is a keen breeder of queens so there was a lot to take in and do each day.  (This was a private visit and did not incur any expense for BIBBA)
